Professional Installation and other services (prices for designers)

SOS provides a number of convenient services to customers in Boca Raton and surrounding Broward / Palm Beach cities.

BASE CHARGES

Minimum charge of $55. Extra pick-ups, based on distance, from $15 – $35.

Hourly rate is $40

PRICE GROUP 1

All horizontal blinds, pleated and cellular shades, basic roller shades, woven shades, mounted valances, roman and ballon shades: $4 per foot.

Cornices and similar treatments: $5 per foot

PRICE GROUP 2

All vertical blinds and similar treatments: $4 per foot

PRICE GROUP 3

Standard and decorative travers draperies, treatments shirr3ed on rods, side panels, treatments on decorative metal rods, and similar items

Single-mount rods: $7 per foot in width

Double-mount rods: $10 per foot in width

PRICE GROUP 4

Panels and/or valances on wood poles: $8 per foot in width

PRICE GROUP 5

Top treatments, valances, swags, cascades, fabric shades, etc. that must be completely altered , or repaired on site:

from $4 to $20 per foot in width, depending on the work required.

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS

Free-form fabric treatments on pole, rod, board, etc. based on difficulty: $5 to $20 per foot

Sample tiebacks: $4 each

Pouts, puddles, bishops: $7 each

Removal f old treatment: (normally 1/4 to 1/2 of installation price)

Surcharges added to normal price groups 1-5

Installed over 10 ft high: $1 per foot in width

Installed over 12 ft high: minimum $1 per foot in width (and possible equipment charge)

Mounting in hard steel, concrete, or other difficult surface: from $.50 to $3 per foot

NOTE

Pricing is bnased on width measurement (across) of the finished installed treatmetn rounded up to the next whole foot
