Interior Design Case Study 006 – cigarette burnt upholstery repaired, panel replaced
[shashin type=”album” id=”16″ size=”medium” order=”date”]
Life happens.
A child (or in the case of cigarette burns, a big child) or pet damages brand new furniture.
As you can see in this case study, a panel of this sectional was replaced rather than having to replace the upholstery of the entire piece.
The stitching was removed with a seam-reaper and a new piece of material was sewn in.
An economical solution for the client, a relief for the designer.
