Slipcovers can be a great way to maximize the use of a piece of furniture.

What do we mean?

Let’s say your client wants to change the look of their room throughout the year (or maybe just from time to time).

With several slipcovers the look of a piece of furniture can change without discarding the piece.

So, for example, like the client in this case study you could have a floral pattern sofa in summer and a solid blue with contrasting white welting cord in the winter.

In the pictures above you can see how we custom sewed this slipcover to have a very taut, custom upholstered look.

When the slipcover is installed (attached) proper tucking and anchoring sections of the cover with upholstery twist pins (see the picture below) can ensure that everything sits just right.
